Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Elliot has a passion to serve his community through creative ideas and entrepreneurship.
At the young age of nine-years-old, he successfully created his widely recognized baseball charity, “FTK – FOR THE KIDS”, which aided in the funding of various playrooms and activity-based events at The Children’s Hospital Of Pittsburgh. Elliot raised over $20,000 with every swing of his bat and through news, media campaigns, and various other charitable efforts.
He leveraged his overall understanding of quality social media content, fundraising event management, and the power of building strong relationships with other like-minded individuals.
In 2016, Elliot received the prestigious national Jefferson Award for volunteer leadership in his Community.
To add to his list of achievements, ventures, and compelling points of experience, Elliot has acquired a powerful skill-set while working with a large media consulting agency in the City of Pittsburgh. Elliot possesses real marketing experience and a robust set of core skills that translates into all avenues of the marketing industry. “I am strong in my ability to understand human psychology, crowd behavior and in analyzing historical data, and trends that in-turn, help me to better understand what strategies to deploy for our clients.”
Elliot worked closely with different business and industry leaders within Pittsburgh; including a focus on automotive, restaurant, industrial, real estate, and small business owners.
His customers included BMW, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Audi, Remax Realtors, Berkshire Hathaway, and various other well-known businesses.
Through school, Elliot excelled in academics as well as on the baseball diamond. While Elliot did not finish his academic career, he is certain that his prior experience in business and marketing is equivalent to someone that holds a degree. “I am certain that our clients success will continue to uphold the fact that a formal education is not necessary in helping others become a success within their field.”
Don is an award-winning sales executive and million-dollar producer within the technology and advertising industries.
He has worked with various brands including, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Woolrich, Penn State University, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Lottery, as well as representing clients in the healthcare, automotive, political and real estate sectors.
Don is a result-driven, experienced problem solver. Offering over 26 years of dynamic sales, management, and business development expertise and an entrepreneurial-driven mindset.
Don is a loving father, and husband. He serves his church as a guest pastor. Don also enjoys studying history, collecting antiques, teaching, investing, coaching baseball, and advocating for shelter pets.

She is competitive and fits in well with our team. Rebecca attended The University of Pittsburgh and while majoring in History, she was a standout D1 athlete for the Pitt woman’s softball team.
